Daniela has spent years working closely with women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, with a special focus on the physical changes and challenges that come with motherhood. Passionate about empowering women with education and practical support, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to the conversation.

  • This workshop is suitable for all pregnancies, whether this is your first baby or your fourth, and whether you are planning a vaginal birth or caesarean.

  • The workshop will take place at Embrace Physio + Pilates — Caulfield South.

    Our space is located within Family Clinics Caulfield South.

    The space is fully accessible, pram-friendly and offers convenient street parking with no time limits.
