Courtney is a warm and considerate physiotherapist who has experience working across a variety of settings in both Australia and the UK, since graduating from the University of Melbourne in 2018.
Her interest for pelvic health grew as she recognised the profound impact that pelvic floor physiotherapy can have on a person’s quality of life. Courtney believes that every woman deserves access to excellent pelvic health care and the opportunity to feel their best. Courtney is passionate about supporting women during pregnancy and then into post-natal recovery, helping them feel strong, capable, and connected to their bodies.
With a strong background in pelvic health, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and clinical pilates, Courtney takes a holistic approach to treatment, tailoring each session to her client’s unique needs and goals. Courtney’s extensive physiotherapy background allows her to combine skills from pelvic health, musculoskeletal, and clinical pilates to optimise each person’s care. As someone who loves movement herself, she shares with clients how beneficial this is for promoting healthy bodies and minds.
