Embrace STRONG is a physiotherapist-led pilates class built around progressive strength training for the whole body, with pelvic health at the core.

Designed and delivered by specialised pelvic health physiotherapists, these classes are ideal for women who want to build strength safely while managing or preventing:

  • Pelvic pain

  • Pregnancy-related aches and changes

  • Postnatal recovery

  • Pelvic floor concerns

  • Menopause-related changes

Every exercise is selected and coached with an understanding of the pelvic floor, abdominal wall, and load management. We combine evidence-based strength principles with clinical knowledge of how the female body adapts through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

You can expect:

  • Progressive resistance and strength-based programming

  • Individual exercise modifications and hands-on guidance

  • Focus on technique, breath, and pelvic floor coordination

  • A supportive, small-group environment

If you’re a new client to Embrace Physio + Pilates, you must book an initial assessment before commencing exercise classes with us.

For postnatal clients, please book an initial postpartum appointment (60 minutes) or otherwise an initial clinical exercise assessment (pilates) appointment (30 minutes) prior to starting these classes.
