Your safety is our priority, with careful monitoring of your vitals (heart rate and oxygen levels) throughout using pulse oxes and ongoing adjustments to your program as your body changes.
We employ strict hygiene protocols and cleaning pre and post-class to protect the immunocompromised.
Our small group classes of up to four allow for close monitoring and individual adjustments based on each person's needs and exercise precautions.
getting started.
Before joining a class, an initial assessment is essential.
This allows us to understand your medical history, current treatment, movement capacity and any precautions we need to consider. We also assess how your body responds to exercise, including heart rate and overall tolerance, to ensure your program is both safe and effective.
If you’re new to clinical exercise, require more intensive support or are feeling unsure, we may recommend starting with 1:1 sessions to build confidence before transitioning into a group class.
