Daphné is a French-Canadian Physiotherapist with a fierce passion for helping people, both in Women's Health and the Oncology spaces. Having lived and trained internationally, Daphné has been working in Australia the last 4 years and brings a diverse, inclusive, and empathetic approach to care.
Daphné has a strong clinical focus on women’s health, with training and experience supporting women across all life stages, including pre and postnatal care, through cancer treatment, pelvic health concerns, and persistent pain and menopause. She is deeply committed to breaking down stigmas, creating a safe space where clients can chase their individual goals and believes rehabilitation and exercise should be enjoyable, and works hard to make it not feel like a chore.
Daphné also has a dedicated interest and experience in exercise-based oncology rehabilitation, supporting individuals throughout their cancer journey. The value of tailored exercise and education in restoring strength, confidence, and quality of life to those with a variety of circumstances is one that she is incredibly passionate about and believes everyone should have access to.
At Embrace, Daphné takes a collaborative, evidence-based approach, using movement as a powerful tool to support women’s health and people during and after cancer treatment. She combines clear, supportive education with tailored exercise and lifestyle strategies, bringing an empathetic and creative approach to care that helps clients build sustainable habits and feel confident in their bodies.
