Embrace Physio + Pilates has a new consulting room in Prahran, located inside From Day One which has been purpose-built for allied health services. This space allows us to support more people across South East Melbourne with their pelvic health journeys especially in pregnancy and postpartum. 

From Day One have thoughtfully designed a space to be supportive and welcoming for women in pregnancy and postpartum, and the space provides a calm and comfortable environment for your care.

This secondary location is pram-friendly, offers a dedicated breastfeeding room, change tables on every floor and has convenient 2 hour street parking next to the building, making your visit as stress-free as possible.

  • Our team will be at Prahran on Tuesdays between 8am to 5pm.

  • Our new consulting room is located within From Day One in Cecil Place, Prahran.

    It is pram-friendly, and offers 2 hour street parking.

    The waiting area is shared with other specialists at From Day One and appointments are made payable via an online platform and our reception team.

  • All physiotherapy appointments will be provided within our new consulting room including initial and follow up pregnancy, postpartum, pelvic health and musculoskeletal consultations, including all standard assessment and treatment modalities.

    Pessary fittings, initial clinical exercise assessments and pilates classes will be available at our Armadale location.

  • Embrace Physio + Pilates will not have a reception team at our Prahran location.

    If you wish to talk in person with our team to book an appointment or manage your account, please come to our Armadale clinic.

    If you are attending a consultation in Prahran, our physios can book any necessary follow up appointments for you.
