Our classes are run by our fully qualified pilates instructors, who are also our Physiotherapists, meaning a carefully monitored approach to exercise and rehabilitation for our clients.

purpose built space

Our beautiful and calming pilates studio, located at our Armadale clinic, has been purpose built for clinical pilates and includes state-of-the-art clinical equipment.

small class sizes

At Embrace, we offer 1:1 or 4:1 clinical exercise classes, providing a hands on approach and allowing our fully qualified pilates instructors to adapt the exercises to each person’s experience, strength and limitations.
