sophie clarke

pelvic health physiotherapist

Sophie is a compassionate and experienced physiotherapist with a strong focus on women's health, particularly during the pre and postnatal periods. She is passionate about supporting women through these transformative stages of life and is committed to helping them feel strong, informed, and in control of their bodies.

With a solid foundation in both clinical and fitness Pilates, Sophie skilfully integrates evidence-based exercise and education into her treatments. She believes that increasing awareness and understanding of pelvic health is key to enhancing quality of life, not just during pregnancy and postpartum, but across every stage of a woman's lifespan.

Sophie brings valuable experience from her time working within one of Victoria’s largest public health services, where she worked alongside senior pelvic health clinicians in maternity wards and outpatient pelvic health settings. This exposure has deepened her clinical expertise in managing a wide range of pelvic floor conditions and supporting women in both acute and long-term care.

Sophie’s warm, professional approach and advanced training in women’s health allow her to tailor care that is both supportive and empowering.
