Embrace Physio + Pilates is a part of Embrace House, a collaborative women’s health clinic located in the heart of Armadale, Victoria. 

The space itself is shared with our partners at Embrace Women’s Health who are leaders in obstetrics and gynaecology, allowing you convenient access to multidisciplinary healthcare within the one space. This in-house referral network between physiotherapists, pilates instructors, obstetricians, gynaecologists, naturopaths and psychiatrists ensures that each healthcare practitioner is across your history, progress and goals every step of the way. 

The inclusive and purpose-built space is designed to make you feel welcome and at ease, with high ceilings, ample natural light, lush greenery and beautiful clinical rooms. Our spaces and toilets are accessible for those with wheelchairs, prams and young ones to tend for.

pilates studio

Our beautiful and calming pilates studio located within Embrace House is ideal to further support your health outcomes. It includes state-of-the-art clinical equipment including reformers, swiss balls, pilates circles, wedges and boxes, thera bands, dumbbells, foam rollers and massage balls. We also provide baby bouncers and play mats during our Mums + Bubs classes, creating a comfortable space for little ones so mothers can focus on their movement and wellbeing, while keeping your baby close.
