jessica adams

pelvic health + musculoskeletal physiotherapist

Jessica is a therapist passionate about helping people to feel strong and capable within their bodies. Jess' interest in promoting pain free movement developed as an elite swimmer, which led her to work with the sporting and general rehabilitation populations as a swimming coach, personal trainer and pilates instructor. During her final years of university, Jess also developed a keen interest in women's health and furthered her pilates training in this field.

As a physiotherapist, Jess has continued her passion for women’s health and now works with pre and postnatal women and those experiencing pelvic pain. Jess uses a supportive and non-judgmental approach when discussing her client’s concerns and develops collaborative and evidence-based treatment plans in alignment with her client’s goals. Within consultations, Jess is skilled in providing easy to understand education, hands on therapy, dry needling and cupping to enhance patient outcomes and endeavours to promote sustainable lifestyle changes in the long-term.
