1. THE PROMOTERS

This competition is jointly promoted by Embrace Physio and Pilates, The Baby Physio and BABLE (together, "the Promoters").

2. ELIGIBILITY

• The competition is open to residents of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia aged 18 years and over.

• Employees of the Promoters and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

• Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.
  

3. COMPETITION PERIOD

The competition opens on the date the post is published and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Saturday 9th May. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To be eligible, entrants must complete all of the following during the competition period:

1. Follow @embrace.physio.pilates, @demi_thebabyphysio and @baby.food.bible on Instagram

2. Like the competition post

3. Tag a minimum of two friends in the comments of the competition post

Multiple comments tagging different people are permitted and each valid comment will be counted as an additional entry. Entrants must tag different people in each comment. Self-tagging or tagging inactive/fake accounts will not be counted.

This is a game of chance. No permit is required in Victoria.

5. THE PRIZE

One (1) winner will be selected at random and receive:

• One x five-pack of Mums & Bubs Pilates Classes at Embrace Physio and Pilates, Armadale (including an initial Pilates assessment)

• One x pack of three booty bands

• One x complimentary initial paediatric appointment with The Baby Physio

• Two x complimentary eBooks

• Baby toy pack

• A copy of Baby Food Bible and Lunchbox Bible books from BABLE

Total prize pool value: AU$855.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if required.

6. WINNER SELECTION

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries following the close of the competition. The draw will take place on Sunday 10th May.

The winner will be announced on both @embrace.physio.pilates, @demi_thebabyphysio and @baby.food.bible Instagram pages and contacted via direct message. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

7. PRIZE REDEMPTION

The prize must be redeemed within three months of the winner being notified. Failure to redeem within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize. Bookings are subject to availability and must be made directly with the relevant Promoter.

Use of any services included in the prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions, policies, and booking requirements of the relevant Promoter, including but not limited to cancellation policies, health and safety requirements, and eligibility for treatment.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained in connection with the competition or use of the prize.

In regards to the paediatric physio assessment, residents must be located within the South, South East or (parts) of the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne as these are the regions serviced by The Baby Physio. The appointments will be conducted by of one of the subcontractors of The Baby Physio, depending on service location. If winner is not located in these parts of Melbourne and therefore unable to service in person, a video telehealth appointment will be used instead. In regards to the eBooks, the winner has a choice of two from three relevant eBooks, including “nurture your newborn”, “tummy time tips and tricks”, or “crawling guide”.

8. PRIVACY

Personal information collected through this competition will only be used for the purposes of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent. By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their information in accordance with each Promoter's privacy policy.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity, including being featured on the Promoters’ social media channels, without additional compensation. 

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram/Meta. Entrants release Instagram/Meta from any liability in connection with this competition.

• The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, acts in bad faith, or breaches these terms and conditions.

• The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the competition if circumstances arise outside of their control.

• The Baby Physio Ebooks: All rights reserved. No part of the publication may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, copied in any form or by any means, electronic, manual, photocopying, recording, or otherwise transmitted without written permission from the publisher. Please do not participate in or encourage piracy of ebooks.
