Cancellation policy

Due to high demand and a current wait list for our physiotherapists, we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer your time to someone else in our community who is waiting for care.

Our cancellation fees are as follows:

• More than 48 hours’ notice: no fee

• 24 to 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the appointment fee

• Less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance: 100% of the appointment fee

This policy applies to all physiotherapy appointments, including Initial Clinical Exercise Assessments.

If you’re unwell

We understand that illness and unexpected family circumstances happen. If you or an immediate family member are unwell and you’re unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.

If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment due to illness or unexpected family circumstances, we may ask you to prepay for your rescheduled appointment to secure your next booking.

Where appropriate, we can also offer the option of switching your appointment to Telehealth. Much of your physiotherapy session can still be completed remotely, including assessment, education and exercise-based treatment planning. If an internal examination or hands-on treatment needs to wait until you can attend in person, we can still provide a thorough, practical plan to support you in the meantime.
