At Embrace, we offer 1:1 or 4:1 clinical exercise classes that are tailored to your specific needs. Be that prenatal, postnatal, pelvic health or general rehabilitation related. These classes are run in a dynamic format, and involve the reformer, to help promote mindful movement that enhances your health outcomes. 

Small class sizes allow a hands on and carefully monitored approach to allow our fully qualified pilates instructors to adapt the exercises to each person’s experience, strength and limitations.

Our physiotherapists are also able to offer 1:1 pilates classes to introduce you to the space and build up your confidence prior to joining group classes.

If you’re a new client to Embrace Physio + Pilates, you must book an Initial Clinical Exercise Class Assessment or Initial Pelvic Health & Pregnancy/ Postnatal Appointment before commencing exercise classes with us.
